Munnar Hill Station
Munnar hill station was developed by British as a summer resort. The hill is located at a distance of 70 km from Idukki. Munnar means three rivers in Tamil that is due to Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala rivers surrounding it. The view of cascading waterfall, green tea plantation on the hilly slope and lush green valleys create an unbeatable magic on the tourists. The area is also famous for its spice production.

Munnar is home to many rare species of floral kingdom. Nilajurinji, a rare plant that takes flower after twelve years is found here. Another attraction of Munnar is the Anaimudi Peak which is the highest in South India.

Munnar can be easily accessed from Kochi. Kochi is well-connected by road, rail and flight.

Ponmudi Hill Station
Ponmudi, also known as ‘Golden Peak’ is located in the Trivandrum district of Kerala. The hill runs parallel to the Arabian Sea. A walk in the lush green tea plantation gives a heeling effect on our mind. Ponmudi is also very famous for adventure sports. Tourists who have a flair for adventure go for hill trekking and hiking.

River Kallar at the hill side of the golden peak is a perfect location for fishing or just taking a walk has a mesmerizing effect. Meenmutty fall is a beautiful water fall suitable for picnic. The highest peak, Agastyarkoodam, on the Western Ghats is located here. It can be visited after the permission of forest department.

Ponmudi can be easily accessed from Trivandrum. Trivandrum is well connected by road, rail and flight.

Wayanad Hill Station
Wayanad hill station is located on the Western Ghats in Kerala. The hilly plateau is full of picturesque hills, waterfalls and lush green hills. Walking through creeping paths through the hilly slopes is a thing to cherish throughout the life. Wayanad wildlife sanctuary is aprotected region full of diverse plants and animals placed as an emerald in the city. Pookot Lake is a crystal clear water lake situated near Lakkidi. Visitors take a walk around the lake relaxing.

Thirunelli Temple in the Wayanad district is a religious place famous as Kashi of South. Wayanad has also got the honor of being the birth place of famous poet, Kunjan Namibiyar who created many humorous poems.

Wayanad is well-connected with road, rail and air. The nearest airport is at Kozhikode. The nearest railway station is at Calicut.
