Day 01 : Kochi - Periyar
Arrive in Kochi. IndiaTravelTours.Net representative receives you at Kochi Airport and drives you to Periyar. Upon arrival at Periyar, check-in at Spice Village Resort. Visit the resident "Vaidya" (Ayurvedic Doctor) for consultation. Overnight will be at Periyar.

Day 02 till Day 08: Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village Resort
Seven days Ayurvedic Therapy Program.
The resident doctor (Vaidya) after consultation plans your program and suggests your diet. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, smoking, etc during this period. Also be strict to vegetarian diet during this seven day period. The Ayurvedic therapy involves various herbal massages, steam baths and yoga exercises. If you follow directions of Ayurveda Doctor strictly, you will come out totally relaxed and refreshed. You will have great feeling of wellness with Ayurvedic treatment. You will feel yourself totally rejuvenated and revitalized.

Day 09 : Periyar
Though the rejuvenation therapy is over, but it is advisable to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after one week Ayurvedic massage therapy. Overnight will be at Periyar.

Day 10 : Periyar - Cochin
Have a very hearty breakfast and then enjoy a boat ride over the Periyar Lake for wildlife viewing of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuaries. You will see herds of wild elephants. After lunch, drive to Kochi, formerly known as Cochin. On arrival at Kochi, IndiaTravelTours.Net representative transfers you to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 11 : Kochi - Departure
Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy sightseeing tour of Kochi visiting Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Dutch Palace, Portuguese Buildings, St Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, etc. After a farewell dinner, you will be transferred to Kochi International Airport to board flight for your home/onward destination.
