Day 02 - 08 : Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village
7 Days Ayurvedic Therapy
You diet will be according to suggestion of resident doctor, Vaidya. Avoid alcohol, tobacco, smoking and non-vegetarian meals during this period of 7 days of Ayurvedic therapy. The Ayurvedic treatment & therapy involves several herbal massages, steam baths and yoga. You will come out completely relaxed and have a great felling of wellness if you follow the instructions of Vaidya strictly.

Day 09 : Periyar
Ayurvedic Therapy is over. Allow your body to re-adjust after one week Ayurvedic treatment and Ayurvedic body massage therapy. Breakfast, dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 10 : Periyar - Kochi
Take sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. On your last day at Periyar visit the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary & National Park for wildlife viewing. Enjoy boat ride over Periyar Lake. You will have wonderful opportunity to see the herds of wild elephants on your safari in the jungle of Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. After lunch, drive to Kochi. Day 11 : Departure from Kochi
